The North Stars struggled against the Bulls 7-2 in home game

The Breezy Point North Stars' defense had a poor night, allowing the North Iowa Bulls 32 shots throughout the game. The North Iowa Bulls took the lead before the halfway point in the second on a goal from Brendan Studioso.

Brendan Studioso chipped in with 3 points (2 goals, 1 assist) and Marco Escobar delivered for his team with 2 goals.

In the first period, Dahlseide opened the scoring for the Bulls with a goal at 18:50 with helpers from teammates Stewart and Junker.

During the second, Fagerlee netted a goal at 3:39 with assists from Giddings and Stewart. Studioso deposited what turned out to be the game winning goal at 7:25 with helpers from his linemates, Giddings and Fagerlee. Studioso scored a goal at 12:19 with an assist from fellow Bulls forward Fagerlee.

In the third period, Fagerlee put in a goal at 1:29 with helpers from his linemates, Giddings and Studioso. Escobar deposited a goal at 5:40 with an assist from Carlson. Brockman quickly followed with a goal at 7:09 with helpers from Weiber and Hormann. Simon netted a goal at 9:42 with an assist from defenseman Kesler. Escobar answered for North Iowa with a goal at 17:33 with helpers from his linemates, Carlson and Bergstrom.

This loss brings the Breezy Point North Stars’ record to (0-3-0-0).
