North Stars’ Trio to participate at the NA3HL Top Prospects Tourney

The 2017 North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) Top Prospects Tournament begins in one week and will be held from February 27-28 at the USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth, Michigan.
The NA3HL Top Prospects Tournament is played in conjunction with the North American Hockey League’s (NAHL) Top Prospects Tournament. The event has quickly become one of the most highly-scouted events of its kind, with hundreds of junior, NCAA and NHL expected in attendance this season.
Kukla, Stotts and Sabina are heading to Plymouth, for the North Stars.
#27 Steven Kukla

Steven Kukla–  A 5-10, 165 pound sharp shooting forward from Chesterfield, Michigan will be playing in the “Young Guns” tournament.  Steven has 16 goals and 15 assists, for 31 points in 38 games, this season.  He’ll be making the trip, a bit of a “Home Coming”, as the games will be played in near by Plymouth.

#7 Wyatt Stotts

Wyatt Stotts–  The 2nd year 6-0, 185 pound NA3HL veteran and power skating Defenseman is from Stillwater, MN.  Wyatt anchors a blue-line,  with 8 goals and 8 helpers, in 31 games played.  His heavy shot and slick skating skills have earned him the opportunity, to showcase his game, at the Top Prospects tourney.

#22 Trystin Sabina

Tristyn Sabina– The 4 year Junior vet and co-captain for the North Stars, has had an excellent season thus far.  His team leading 20 goals and 21 assists are good for second in points, for the North Stars this season.  The Kansas City, MO native has a knack for finding the net and will represent well, at the showcase.
